Delivery Of Goods To Carrier As Delivery To Buyer
DELIVERY OF GOODS TO CARRIER AS DELIVERY TO BUYER
Delivery by seller to carrier shall constitute delivery to buyer, and if buyer requires that the goods be shipped to the order of buyer or freight prepaid or allowed, after delivery of the goods to carrier, seller shall be deemed to be acting for the account and the accommodation of buyer.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
